Casa de la Rosas (House of Roses) is a perfectly located villa in the beautiful municipality of Benahavis. With outstanding views of the Mediterranean and Gibraltar and surrounded by numerous golf courses, it is your ‘other place’ in the sun. A base for your family or group holiday in Andalucía.
The accommodation is 750m2 over three floors and comfortably sleeps 14 people in 6 bedrooms – all with ensuite bathrooms.
The villa will appeal to families and groups of friends although we do not allow rowdy parties to take place in the villa!
There is a covered outdoor terrace for eating al fresco overlooking a large, private pool with children’s slide. The outdoor area also boasts a fabulous chiringuito with sofas, table, seating area and dining area complete with gas BBQ as well as a great bar, TV and music speakers. Alongside the chiringuito is a jacuzzi to relax and admire the stunning views.
Inside the villa you will find some welcome respite from the sunshine. A large lounge with comfortable sofas, a piano for our musician guests, flat screen TV and music system. There is an open plan dining area with dining table and chairs adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen with all appliances you will need for your stay. A large fully contained private bedroom with ensuite facilities and wardrobe is located on the ground floor, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom on the lower ground floor, two large bedrooms with ensuite facilities and private terraces and one twin bedroom are all located on the first floor.
The garage can accommodate two cars and there is also safe on street parking immediately outside the villa. The villa will appeal to families and groups of friends although we do not allow rowdy parties to take place in the villa.
